Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If you are unsure about sizing, please refer to the sizing guide.
If an exception is approved at our discretion, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
- In original condition
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these standards.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.
